Poliwrath was a surprisingly good safe swap with the amount of steel and ice in the meta. Very few fullly hard walls to it.
I am playing Seaking, Rose, Ferrathr man no one knows about Seakingās movesā¦ I can tell bc they Weezng at me or at times the give me Empolionā¦ it had been fun so far!

Whenever I see displays like this, I get envious of my wife's 99.9% rated double-legacy Roserade, which is only compounded by thr fact that she doesn't do PVP, and her options for team formation are limited.

I've been enjoying nearly all positive sets using GWeezing/ShadowMawile/ShadowTentacruel. I do agree that brutal swing has not been the best move and I've been using it over two full days. It can hit a Pelipper, it can be a bait, but I might try Tming Play Rough because Poliwrath is definitely an issue, and probably one of the main reasons for any losses with my current team.

Is leaf storm better than grass knot?
Poliwrath mudshot ice wind dynamic punch is awesome as a safe swap. Get to those ice winds so fast for grass and dynamic punch so fast for ferro swap in.
Iāve been running rose, ferro and lanturn. My ferro had thunder been debating flashcannon for the g. Weezing matchups and grass matchups
i really like poli in this meta but with the amount of waters and grass you should run dynamic punch over scald. went 18-7 running trev, poli, tenta, classic abb baiting out lanturn.
Unfortunately I donāt have ferrothorn or Roserade but must say that Iāve been quite happy with S Empoleon, Trevenant & S Abomasnow. I have not been that impressed with Empoleon in GL and kinda regretted using Elite TM on it, but as a lead in Spring Cup it has been great š Donāt really need to safe swap on any leads except Lanturn
I'd definitely opt for Dynamic Punch over Scald on Poli, and Mirror Shot over Flash Cannon on Ferro. I'm not running Ferro on my current line-up, but that set put in absolute work.
Been running Lanturn, Walrein, and Roserade. It's been fun
I used roserade and don't get any win streaks. There's nothing one can do when this game deliberately picks teams full of counters.
Weezing is dangerous. I think it's best check is quagsire. That 4x weakness is tough though. I don't run quag. Any other weezing killers?

i prefer use just leaf storm over grass knot. roserade is anyway so glassy even against lanturn it get two leaf storms if not sacrifice shields

So I know you typically say everything you need to about how a team plays pretty quickly, and this probably isn't good for generating views, but maybe multiple videos of the same team during limited cups? Yasser Aleed did about 3 videos of one team during the evo cup and those really helped me understand a lot of matchups and climb during that cup
At a lower level, Brutal Swing for G Weezing works well in tricking your opponent in to not shielding the second charge attack, but top players are too clever.
Iām running a triple grass line with PJ rose. Mawile is tough but overall very fun
I was using bullet seed at first but kept seeing everyone use poison jab it does get less energy but itās kinda better
Personally ive been running Roserade and prefer it with Poison Jab. It makes matchups against trev, shadow vic, roserade mirror, serp, abomasnow etc all much nicer. And the weatherballs come just about as quickly too
Waking up to these videos is like a nice cup of tea and warm hug to start the day.
I think for this cup roserade need poison jab and poliwrath needs dynamic punch instead of scald for this team
