Wheep is the water starter of my Pokemon region, the Ramona Region.
It is simply a water type first stage.
And it is the Fake Tears Pokemon.
The tears on its face as you guessed are fake and are just fur. They can be used to lure other
Pokémon or make people or Pokémon pity it to give stuff to it.
They like to live by cities or towns close to water, especially ones with beaches and such to soak up some rays.
They aren’t very integrated into agriculture at all because their wool is like a sponge and is extra cold and wet even when not soaked with water.
So for the evolutions of Wheep I was thinking maybe turning it into a tragedy and comedy themed Pokémon. But any comments or such is greatly appreciated and much love to everyone!
