I think this refers to authorised/official emulator apps (e.g. stuff like *Capcom Arcade Stadium*), rather than general purpose community-made emulators

All of this sounds good in the article, but the pessimism is telling me that there is an ulterior reason for this. I’m for pro-emulation, there’s probably something else going on here.

Watch Nintendo threaten to pull it’s affiliated apps. I’m calling it now. Nintendo sent lawyers to Valve over Dolphin coming to steam, I can see Nintendo sending lawyers to Apple over this.
