My apologies if this is a stupid question, but I cannot find enough information online about the topic. My pokédex says I have seen various shinies I swear I have never encountered. So my question is, does this apply to pokemon that I have “seen” in gyms etc, or just pokemon that have been on my map or I have encountered? Thanks!
