A strange yet beautiful bipedal being of both fur and wings, Umbreon was Prioritized in this Merge with Talonflame, and from that moment, vivid light is always emanating from this Pokemon.
Known in folklore as ‘The Guiding Light’, this Umbreon has been said to appear to people in their darkest hour; both literally and figuratively! People warn that on solar eclipses, not to look directly at Umbreons forhead during this time, for you could be blinded by the incredible light that could be pouring forth.
This Fire/Fairy Type Pokemon has had a drastic alteration in its DNA because of the Merge, resulting in the addition of the latter typing, as well as the strange crystals of light that hover around it most of the time.. The ring on Umbreons forehead is meant to represent the “diamond ring” that occurs during a solar eclipse!
