If I didn’t know better regarding Rika’s VA, she sounds (almost) awfully alot like Veronica Taylor – who was (and is) the original Ash Ketchum herself and who is supposed to be blacklisted by the people running the Pokemon Company following the VA change back near the end of the Gen III era more than almost a decade and a half ago – and Rika sounded like Manuela from 3 Casas, who’s voiced by Veronica Taylor. Is this coincidental??? The internet would have already been broken by now if that was the case.
