The Best Friend Pokemon

– *Some call them “The Russo Region’s Best Friend.” They allow humans to ride on their backs to escape harsh weather, and never stop being loyal to the one who evolved them. A Polkentaur can serve a family for generations.*
– *These friendly Pokemon obey their trainer’s every command, regardless of morality. However, their inherently amiable nature means that they become sad if their trainer is bad at making friends.*

A/N: These dudes were inspired by the Polkan of Slavic mythology! Well, the Polkan is basically a centaur, and is also apparently based off of this other character referred to as “Pulicane”, which is a half-dog character.
Not to mention, a big basis of this line is the fact that dogs and horses have been best friends with humans for a loooong time. So, there ye go!
