I saw this happen live. Its plays like this that make watching competitive pkmn exciting. Playing it is obviously super exciting, in my opinion, due to the whole process of team selection and creation being so wide open and with seemingly endless possibilities. Ive never had a real life friend that enjoyed or evenknew about, vgc pokemon. So its always been something I've done in solitude, at my desk with a notebook and a visualof the most popular sets. Im the kind of competitor that enjoys deviating from the meta as much as possible, without gimping myself too hard. In USUM and ORAS is when i went the hardest in competitive pkmn. My record for random onlines was 67 and 10,in USUM and 79 and 15 in ORAS. My oras team was so fun. I won so so many matches with klefki/rotom wash and slurpuff. Slurpuff would get wide guarded, belly drum itself and play rough the shit out of everything. Klefki was such a damn menace.
I havent beenable to dedicate time to Scar/Violet due to my path of exile obsession. So this kinda might cause me to divein rn. Ill definitely be playing vgc nextgen. Id like to try my hand at vgc regional tourney too
