This is Magcargo Oven form! His shell admits enough heat to fry an egg! Their species made a deal with the rolycoly line in which in return for warmth and protection the coal pokemon will provide them with coal which they'll burn and then eat! When its in danger it activates it's Mobile form, with the energy from the coal It can roll around faster then a real-world cheetah!
