I’ve used a good majority of the teams! I really liked the Magcargo double ghost. I was running Girafarig Crocolor and Steelix and that did pretty well too.
imho froslass deserves to be mentioned as well when it comes to ice. sure, it doesn't has the stat product of a dewgong, but powder snow, avalanche and shadow ball are all great moves, and i'd rather have a fire weakness than a fighting one.
I don't know how anyone is climbing, I'm losing so many games to huge frame drops. I don't know what they did to the game but it's close to unplayable for me.
Mandibuzz lead with cress and jellicent works super well. Can sub jellicent for something else but i find jellicent works really well bc surfs charge quick
I have two pokemon up into the xl candys a salamence and a metagross. Not max by a longshot but the closest i got.
One thing would like to point out is that there are a lot of videos with teams that the creator says use this or I use this to hit Elo! At the end of it if the player using the teams don’t understand the matches the team will not work!
2 examples
1. Dan’s Team of Magnazn, Gligar, and Quagsire was taking down by a Poliwrth ( regular one) as a safe switch! Taking down a flyer and electric ( shadows) am a shield it was very interesting!
2. Zyonic show a video in which a player copy Dan’s team with Togedemaru in the lead am that player play the team better than Dan! Lol amazing energy knowledge am catching! Dan was like that’s my team! lol
Well one could argue that the style of player using a team also influences one likes shadows for the damage am others like the bulk am been able to get to an 1 hp and a dream!
Ivs are wierd. Sometimes they totally matter a lot but then sometimes idk so much. My shadow empoleon is 14-13-12 and hit 2500 exactly. Wins legitimately every mirror match with empoleon shadow or otherwise. Ive been told that its superior to get highe hp and seek 0 attack stat but his success os begging to differ

I've been having fun with my ferrothorn, dedenne and annihilape. I'd say the hardest thing in this meta for me is always Gligar.

I think shadow excadrill is underrated in this meta. Super spammy on the lead and beats other steels, also wins cmp over feraligatr while not getting outpaced so if they swap it in you can force bith shields before swapping out

Thanks, Dan. I'm hoping to run the Magcargo, Jellicent, and Sableye team to veteran. I keep getting in to the 2400s and then falling back with other teams (including a Tropius that kept underperforming). I've only made Vet once before, and I think it was in little jungle cup, which feels not quite achieving it for real.
For the first time ever today, I got over 2250 Elo with Quagsire, empoleon and serperior. I originally had mandibuzz for serperior but got hard countered constantly with electrics
I noticed one thing low level elo rank 1-7 where there’s no one using clickers rank 20 and higher who use them are dropping frames and connection especially dragon breath and lick
I’ve been doin pretty decent with lead steelix dragon tail, breaking swipe and earthquake…mandibuzz snarl, aerial ace and dark pulse….tentacruel poison , acid spray and scald
who out here is just sitting on mods with these IVs
