Super Mario Land was definitely overdue.

  2. This is a good release. I’m going to play the hell out of alleyway and baseball

  3. randomtoken

Nice but where are Pokémon Red, Blue, Yellow, Gold, Silver and Crystal?

  4. TL;DW = Alleyway, Baseball, Super Mario Land, and… for Japanese players only, Kaeru no Tame ni Kane wa Naru.

Finally, Nintendo gave us their good games, and not random trash, like Iggy’s Reskin’ Balls

Fucking finally for all 3 of these, Mario Land is one of the best on the console and the other two are just fun time wasters too.

Now we wait for the other Wario Land games…

Oh and Donkey Kong 94/Donkey Kong Land games

Super Mario Land 1 is one of my favorite Mario games, I prefer it over 2 honestly.

They finally gave Super Mario Land!

I’m surprised SML and Alleyway took this long to appear on the NSO GB

imagine paying actual money for this

I think this mario fellow has the potential to be something big.

  14. Didn’t even remember alleyway existed. I played so much when I was a kid. Banger game.

With these, we now have the full Game Boy launch lineup except for Tennis. Where’s Tennis?

  16. Rootayable

Dragging their feet with the releases on this and the GBA.

  17. EJKGodzilla24

they should add the Godzilla games for the switch

Disappointing to hear they didn’t put the effort in to release a translated version of For the Frog the Bell Tolls (released on NSO in Japan). I played a fan translated version on a repro cart and it was a very positive experience. This year is sparse on releases so they’ve got the manpower.

Alleyway is simultaneously one of the most soothing and stressful games ever. The music you end up producing through bouncing the ball just hits a certain sweet spot in my brain, but then once the momentum gets going it becomes a fight for survival.

Okay genuinely. What was the point of making the gba emulator? It’s been like a year and it still has the same minuscule lineup.

It’s just frustrating because Nintendo showers the other ones with new games every other month, but the one console I had as a kid.
