U no need a ar fast catch, there new fast catch by only using 1 hand , mean u can fast catch with multi device.
Release a pokemon in ar n turn the pokemon and close the ar, when u on catch screen, as long as u pick up the ball at berry tray it will pop up n let u run. ( as long as no restart the game it stay that way but while u rading u can’t use charge move or maybe in GBL)
Go search only how to do the 1 hand fast catch

Regarding the daily pokestop. I like the idea of a new daily oportunity to get items and potentially more pokemon. But I don't think it would work because of the "Visit PokéStops X days in a row" tasks that exists. Niantic wants us to go out each day for X days, so a daily pokestop should not count towards these type of tasks. So IMO I don't think it have to be a pokestop. My biggest concern is that im constantly out of pokeballs and it can be hard to gather more at times. But in terms of spawns I think we have plenty. You get a daily incense to get spawns (and yes also 30 pokeballs if you are completely dry) which is nice and all. I would just be happy if there was some new mechanic to grind pokeballs. Either its through GBL or something else that does not involve seeking a pokestop or opening very limited amounts of gifts. If I had more pokeballs I would be more tempted to be out walking longer distances.
I would do routes more if it was worth my time. I'm not going out of my way to do a route just to get 1 – 2 measly cells a day to evolve my trash ass zygard.

daily incense gave way less ferroseed than regular incense. So it was a trade off to try for the G birds.
Yeah I was completely disappointed of the incense day. No shiny ferroseed, no galarian bird out of daily incense, I even used roar of time 2 times for 30 minutes, so pretty much 90 minutes of daily incense and no galarian bird. A complete waste of time. Niantic with their " increase spawns of galarian birds in daily incense" or increase shiny ferroseed spawns" complete rip off.

Why is raid hour in the middle of the week? Thats when most people are working. Then we get to the weekend when most people are free and hey we got shadow raids. That spawn at gyms across town at random times. I say flip the switch.
Shadow raid hour on the weekend, itll help a lot more people get the shadow legendaries in areas where the community doesnt play them

I stopped playing pokego for a couple years like 21-23 – just started getting back into it – funny to see all these conversations of the game falling off now – i missed so much good stuff – owell back to it – They have never listened to the customer base – they are lucky nostalgia sells
the thing about the team damage bonus that you were talking about from the old days – it would give you bonus Pokeballs based on the damage bonus (so there was something for putting out effort) it would be great to bring that back for when groups of teams raid and need to go on a nonfriendly team gym – they Niantic is just a super work policy logic based company – im sure they go around saying "its policy" to eachother all day

I would like something like a shiny charm where the player has a boosted shiny encounter chance for a certain time frame e.g 15mins. Maybe you obtain this charm the same way you get the evolution items. Thoughts?

At least 40 km trade distance could be monthly thing for 1 day or every 3 months for 3 days?
