I’ve played this on and off on mobile for years. I’m mostly free-to-play and have page after page of 5/6-star units, so the pull rates are better than some of these other gacha games. That said, this game is a grind, yet still uses the dumb ticket system mobile games use where you only get so many attempts in an amount of time and then you need to wait for recharge. There is enough other stuff to do that it’s fine and you can still be playing all day, but I don’t like dedicating my life to one game. Other mobile games like Fate Grand Order are definitely worse of a grind, and you don’t need to keep up with any event stories here as they mostly just recap anime events or tell goofy original side stories, so this is definitely one worth checking out, because you don’t get FOMO from taking time off and coming back. Just know that it’s still a mobile gacha game with all of the usual trappings. I play this casually and it’s way less stressful that way.
