Took me a while, but I finally made it!
Tried a different approach at rendering, inspired by Baxcibur, Duraludon and others' body textures. Also got me a while to pose this in a way that looked good, but I'm now pretty satisfied with this piece!
The abdomen can detach and be propelled by spewing the substance inside it, creating basically a missile ready to explode.
Bombeetle can sit on its back and aim through the antennas, while using Grubnade's chemical to recharge the projectiles!
