Ocarina of Time Saria’ Song Possible inspiration in a music from Brazilian composer César Guerra-Peixe

I think i found the possible inspiration for Saria's Song, and it is this song: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bkeLHHpPcLg

César Guerra-Peixe was a Brazilian composer that is very influential in the concert music area. This song was made in 1979 and it has exactly the same motif as Saria's Song.
