BASIS: evolves from socardi, this is their first evolution.
DEX: these Pokemon are normally hard to catch, being able to blend in winter fogs, as well as being pretty fast, one way trainers catch these Pokemon is by using bells, which they love for some strange reason. The easiest way to tell if your near one is their eyes, which give off a distinct white glow. Their tails are extra soft, and give off a icy fog. yet give off a soft crunch, which is cold and icy.
