In this region, it is more based on RPG. (I know Pokemon is RPG but based on more of the RPG thingy. I guess you could also say RPG classes (more unlike kalos) I chose Greece because I felt like it was the most used of RPG – RPG
For the starters. I felt like it be fun to use the official starters, Felt unique. Also, this is a legend-style region, using a similar concept but a completely different formula.
In RPG, there's always the first main character who is a swordsman
I choose Sceptile because it has a leaf sword arm. Turn it into metal you get grass/steel.( btw sceptile physical and special attack swapped, felt like it makes more sense)
Hidden ability: Sharpness
In RPGs the 2nd main character are usually a mage, support/healer. Which is what Delphox is (if anyone has played Dragon Quest its design is based on Veronica a bit)
Hidden ability: Magic Barrier (its like magic bounce but doesn't send it back to them, also protects the ally too)
Finally the 3rd main character are usually the tank/ all out person. Which is what Blastoise is (if anyone played Final Fantasy it's based on Barrett a bit). Blastoise still can shoot with a cannon but just in a different section and another form of shooting
This region will have its own gimmick called “Morphs” The starters would have it. Morphs well not every Pokemon will have a similar formula, morphs but different kinds
