I’m not a great artist but I had this idea and wanted to get it on paper. Upon mega evolution Slowking’s crown gains sentience (and legs) and places its host into a deep slumber. It leeches off it’ host’s psychic abilities and further amplifies them with the jewels that run across its shell.
I think for mega the whole shell crab would need to be downsized a bit but this is the general idea.
