Snagged these two from the Scorching Steps reward. Was it noted there would be an increased chance at 4 stars?

Would have liked one of the Litleos to be perfect too but man I am thrilled at that Turtonator.

By chance, Turtonator was the first pokemon I ever won from a raid and also the first of the "newer" Pokemon I saw on the show since getting back into Pokemon in a couple of years ago so it holds a special place in my head.
