So I decided to go on my nightly stroll right before 12, about almost exactly 15 mins before the 12 reset. Always feel like I get more G bird encounters towards the end of the hour(just my personal opinion is all 😊) Sure enough after being about 2-3 weeks dry on running into one, I happen to be walking past the library where I do my nightly Incense walk. Last time I got a Galarian Zapdos spawn right on the backside as I was walking by. He got away now, but we live to fight another day brothers and sisters.. so tonight in the exact same spot, im graced with the Galarian Moltres about 2½ weeks later. I ended up getting my Masterball from my research almost a week after the newer research was released (I'm a nerd and like to grind those kinds of challenges for tasks as quick as possible, seems ike a challenge almost and gives me a goal to strive towards) so I told myself after getting it, I would only use the M Ball if and only if the bird is close to a 3,000 CP sweetspot. I know a lot of people like to save the M ball for 100% decked Raiders and I totally get that. It does logically make the most sense. Especially because since coming back to the game just 3 months ago, I was a day 1 player when released, but lost touch for 4-5 years. Getting back into the game has been a blast recently for me, granted I have spent money for passes and all the sorts, but I don't mind spending money on a game I do enjoy playing. But with that said since I started again, I've only ran into 1 100% in a raid. Did catch it! But I do understand having the masterball locked away for the perfect Raid Boss! And I know Rayquaza is coming this weekend too, but guys.. only playing the last 3 months I've probably encountered (l'd say about 3-6 G birds) and this baddie was so close to my sweetspot threshold I set for myself, I just couldn't let it go.. I knew going in IV's were not even in the question to ask for a God roll ( wait till you see lmaoo.😂ðŸ˜) But I used the Masterball to catch it tonight. And still happy to finally own one for myself! Even thou it's not as much of a trophy as a pokeball or ultraball flex, but I have faith that I will soon get another of the 3 with the lucky catch!
