I feel like the go battle league would be fair, worth doing, and fun if they matched you with your opponent and then both parties pick their teams. I get that would take more time to ready up the battle, but id rather wait for my opponent to pick a team and it be random and fair than waste my time losing 45% of my battles due to an unfair system based on moves and types that can make you lose or guarantee a win when it wants you to.

There were a few times when I had a good lead, then immediately the game showed "error" and i had to find a match again. Definitely not a coincidence!
Can I just have AI to complete all my battles? 😀

Had a match yesterday where the opponent seemed to be missing/bugged out, so i went through grinding down their team of 3 tanky pokemons unopposed, until my game froze right before i coud land the finishing blow. At the time i thought it's only fair that i don't get that free win, but now it feels like i simply got toyed with.
I run into the lag thing a lot.

I go against so many cheaters it's unreal like I'll lose 6 games a day just from cheaters mostly because there using 4 shields and if I somehow win still the game freezes and they still win
How can they see what team the other people have??? Do they do this through a public API??
I hope people really are dropping this crap. I only get to rank 20 for the resources, then forget about it until the next season, and even then I get to experience some of this last moment freeze BS. What a mess.
We should bring a class action lawsuit against Niantic for the algorithm.

Niantic stopped caring a long time ago. We should have all seen in it coming when they fired over 100 employees maybe if they didn't we wouldn't have so much bugs and glitches. They got rid of silphroad. The battle league been buggy ever since they did the background changes and still have yet to fix it because there top content creators don't speak up and keeps quiet rn because it's go fest season and they say one thing bad or degrading them they will probably lose there sponsorship and to be able to go to there events and what not who knows. But it's just crazy how battle league content creators aren't even speaking up besides a couple. That's why nothing gets done and Niantic won't listen. I feel like they are either focusing on a newer game and that's why pokemon go been blah or come bonkers events then there are people are praise Niantic and there faults because they think they are going to be somewhat noticed by them when likely Niantic doesn't give a shit about you just that $. They wanted in person but yet still no one cares and yet they brought out the most this game was highly against. Spoofing that's what Niantic has lead people to do and I'm a legit player I don't ever see people out walking about or even doing raids but yet there are tons of pokemon in gyms my pokemon are being knocked out when nobody is there. The zygarde is kinda ridiculous too when your not guranteed a cell but need 250 cells just to evolve. Just became becoming more of a hassle then fun. Then they destroyed remote raid community but then want people to do remote raids on big events like go fest and raid days and such then they want to promote remote raiding but then people fall for it and fall right into niantic Palms then they wana defend niantic again as if the game great when really its in shambles.
I remember when queuing up a battle once they show your opponent you used to be able to hit that surrender button in the top left to make you go back to the previous screen and you could select a different league. Now that surrender button disappears after a few seconds when queuing up for an opponent.

I’m not even sure that the lagging is caused by your opponent… I am starting to think that is Niantic’s way of manipulating outcomes of matches. The reason I believe it is Niantic doing it because I’ve also been on the other end of it many times where I was losing badly and my opponent was going to win easily but all of the sudden they are getting the terrible lag and I’m able to get a victory when I should have lost being that I was hard countered. So this lag only happens to people that are winning and should get the victory but I’ve also experienced it where I was getting hard countered and losing badly and my opponent starts getting the lag. I know a lot of y’all probably have encountered this lag and lost because of it but I know that you all have also benefited from it and have won matches because your opponent started lagging when they had you beat but you get the victory because they lagged.
This tells me it is Niantic doing this to manipulate outcomes of battles. The lag only happens to people that are winning the battle and never happens to the person that is losing.

Dewgong, jellicent, altaria, alola sandslash and medicham, (only win 3 of 5) im also paired with shadow dragonair before we got disconnected
Figured half the "lag" incidents were not real accidents, when you have a perfect internet connection. Its why i don't bother with GBL unless it requires me to play, and even then i prefer to throw the fight with 10cp pokemon.
Literally havent played battle league in a week cuz of all the cheating and its been so peaceful ☺️
Im slowly playing this game less and less and i hope more people do cuz this game is wack and we need a better company to make this game the proper way
