1 or more TM MPR required. Raikou has a lot of sure hit moves including Swift, Early Bar 2 & 3 Discharge, and Bar 3 Thunder (in Rain), so dodge as many as you can beside those moves. Hope for quick Ancient Power buffs as you need at least +4 in all stats to nuke Electrode with your first sync, also I couldn’t afford to take Ancient Power MGR to make room for Natural Remedy so it’s better to not spam the move for too long. Speaking of which, don’t get paralyzed twice.
