Pokemon Masters EX – 1,337,825 Points on Damage Challenge: Training With N (Bug Weakness)



It’s been ages since I did a PMEX video that wasn’t a short, but hopefully this one is a good one!

Anyways, these recent damage challenges have been tough. At least with the Psychic one, I had SS Lusamine who absolutely carried, the Fighting one was brutal though, and it make me wish I had more Fighting types, especially on the Tech side (also only 1 enemy instead of 3 was odd for me).

However, I think this was my best one of the three so far, with Colress being a hilarious way to quickly get through Sync Countdowns via Thunder Wave spam, SS Elesa being the Support with her own ways of reducing the Sync Countdown as well as help with Sync buffs and Special Attack. And then we have SS Hilbert who I made him 3/5 and unlocked his EX role for this, and I’m glad I did now, because his Sync Move hitting all enemies with both Tech and Strike helped a lot! The only thing I was missing though was a Bug Zone, like with Ingo’s Special Costume (the one with Accelgor), which could have been insane for this stage, but I’m still happy with what I was able to pull off here! Now I’m hoping the next one will be manageable.

Either way, I feel like I was able to use SS Hilbert and Genesect to their fullest potential so far which is awesome, but obviously in a situation like this, no 5/5 and no extra Type Rebuff stuff does mean there is still more to come if this comes back.

If I do another one of these, like another Damage Challenge video, there may be some little things I try and improve on in general, but I’ll probably cross that bridge if/when I get to it.

    Wanna know something funny? I could absolutely pull of a SSCLW-EX if these began becoming more common, because, unlike 1999, I actually know things about pokemon! …REGULAR Pokemon, this one is a little different and some moves don't really seem to do the same thing…

    Hey hey! Is Magearna playable in this game? I have to get someone to fawn over when Margatroid can't appear!
