Gym turned into pokestop in the middle of Ho-oh raid, lost my shiny
I did a Ho-oh raid and got a shiny from it, but when I tried to catch it, it said pokémon not found. When I restarted my game, the gym had turned into a pokestop while the raid was still happening. I ended up losing my shiny Ho-oh, and my friend did too.
I contacted support, but to no surprise, they were no help. How does this even happen??
