I've been doing Dawn Wings Necrozuma raids and have ended with 2 shiny Necrozuma 1 with the special background and 1 without the special background but this 1 is going to be fused with a Lunala I'm getting ready to evolve once it becomes night in game so I'm getting a shiny dex entry Dawn Wings Necrozuma the 1 I wanted the most and tomorrow I'll get my Dusk Mane Necrozuma so my day 1 of global go fest including all the shinys I've gotten went great

Suggest new schedule for Pokemon Festival and Regional Tours in Pokemon Go but Niantic likely won't implement it until Pokemon Go shut down.
Both huge in game events Pokemon Festival and Regional Tours start at 9.00a.m to 1p.m. in your (country local time) morning session.
After that, break time for Pokemon Go players within 1.00p.m to 4.00p.m.(local country time) this 3 hours allow all Pokemon Go players to have their lunch ( food & beverage) also time to recharge smartphone, auto catcher also portable battery charger.
