When there’s evasion, there’s a way lmao.
Get enough dodges and para procs to see the clear through, the most important one being the Bar 3 Double-Edge. Easier said than done with only +1 evasion and Lessen Paralysis 8, but hope RNG favors you. You’ll also need generous MGR procs as I switched out Fast-Track for Critical Strike for the extra damage, which I especially needed for Bar 3.

Making do with +1 evasion is wild
Oh and the 3/5 clear doesn't require relentless (to nuke bar 2) as Wally hits on-type. He would instead benefit from more evasions, offensive buffs and offensive debuffs (so he can afford to take more hits in case evasion doesn't work)
