Been trying to get Articuno for a year as I was stuck on 150 and have been kicking myself for not joining a shadow articuno that had 17 people when I was a level 10. I had one green pass and no orange and wanted to keep it incase I saw a mewtwo lol. I was new and had no idea about raid schedules.
