Karomean sinistea's body is made out of a strange liquid with a significant taste. However this honey like liquid is wery dangerous to drink. It makes people and pokemon feel dizziness and a headache.
Sbittergeist has evolved after a sinistea has possesed a bottle with same honey like drink. It drunks other pokemon and people to make them fast asleep and steal their lifeforce. This pokemon can't fly in a straight line because of constant dizziess it feels.
