Not as in depth with lore as my nosepass convergents, but heres a hitmonchan and hitmonlee fairy/fighting regional form inspired by rubberhose cartoons

I originally had an idea for an old black and white style rotom because I thought of a Unova legends game that takes place during the early 1900s. But I figured I could have more fun with this. It is said that they started appearing after an outburst of fairy magic interfered with the first airing of a cartoon almost 100 years ago. In modern times they are nearly extinct aside from those that were captured by trainers.
