Inspirations:
It’s a red-tailed hawk that is supposed to be a general for an army in the American revolution or American civil war. The hair it has under its hat is supposed to make it look like George Washington or other famous generals from that time and the hat itself is supposed to be feathers. Its type is flying/fighting.
