I guess for legionaries/mythics to not become overpowered. Theyll Be acting like avatars. Like 1/1000 of the Pokémon’s power. Only 1 person can be a mewto or arcuess. The rest can worship this divine being. For example, Groudon is the ultimate lavavbender. Making volcanos pop up anywhere it touches.

But for the rest. I think whatever tribe you join. You get your own Pokémon thats affiliated with it. Though for some. You might be living in one giant version of that Pokémon. Like that elephant one? You get that one piece settlement. Enjoy the chaos.
