You pointed out in the video to be on the lookout for shadow metang in the steel type grunt, correct me if I'm wrong but I'm pretty sure you can't catch the metang.

I've only ever gotten 2 shadow hundos being 2 hisuian sneasels, hoping I can get myself a really good shadow timburr or swinub for this rotation
Yeah the game is chalked. I was given a ban today because I did too many team rocket battles.
Please make an updated video about rocket pokestop bans. Niantic lowered the limit even further today, to spinning 60 stops.
So if you spin >60 rocket stops, which are everywhere during rocket takeover, during Adventure Week, say hello to your new ban.
Hate that they put the Johto Starters in the Male Elite Grunt – whats the Point if you can get them anyway?
My luck with shiny shadow from rocker leaders and grunts are next to zero.
Provided that graphics you put up are accurate, the male rock-type grunt…you won't encounter Anorith, Lilleep, or Graveler….they put a Poke-ball symbol to the left if that line is encounterable. Same thing on the male steel-type grunt, you won't encounter the 2nd line….which is big let down, cuz Metang is there…
Heads up to anyone who gets a good IV shadow wooper this event.. During the pvp event coming up you can evolve into Quag and get it's elite move / not have to waste an elite TM! (aqua tail btw)

removing Cranidos from the rock lineup before I got a good IV one is nasty work by Niantic
The female flying grunt gives mons that cost 1000 stardust to purify so hold on to those for purifying tasks if you're into that

Bagon is in rotation too in dragon type grunt
The Pokémon you can get from each grunt are in the highlighted boxes with the pokeball symbol. No need so speculate which ones if any are included from line 2.
New Leaders suck ( I mean their pokemon) nothing worth going for
