I made this because I always saw the Beartic line and Ursaring line as parallels but then Ursaring got an evolution so I'm now giving Beartic one.
This fakemon would be in another hypothetical legends game and the reason this form wouldn't be achievable in the modern pokemon world is glaciers melting.
Also because there are now two forms of Ursaluna I may make another Bearcier.
