On a deserted island far out into the ocean, there lies a discrete laboratory. The scientists who reside there are cruel, and their work focuses on changing a Pokémon's type through constant, painful procedures. In order for a Pokémon's type to be changed, they must alter the Pokémon's DNA to fit the type of their choosing.
One of their failed experiments is a Poison and Steel type Aggron. Instead of this Aggron secreting venom, like most Poison types, it secretes a deadly nuclear waste. They nicknamed this Pokémon Toxgron.
Due to the danger of Toxgron, the scientists tried to kill their failed experiment. However, Toxgron managed to fight off an entire team of scientists and their Pokémon, escaping by sea. It hasn't been seen since.
With its new typing, Toxgron gained a unique ability: Break Down. Due to the sheer toxicity of its nuclear acid, this Pokémon's Poison type moves are super effective against Rock and Steel types.
