The Tear Pokémon travels between worlds, ripping holes through reality as it hunts. Tolfe used to roam everywhere, before people began catching Pokémon, limiting its hunting grounds.
Took a couple of hours to get it right, using the body of Raikou as a base. Wanted to make it a mix of a tiger and a wolf, since they used to exist in Australia, and died out.
