Dagaoke – An electric/steel style pokemon. I see it as the pikaclone for a region based off the Philippines.

I tried to give it the silhouette of a microphone, because the theme is Karaoke, which is a popular recreational activity in the Philippines.

Additionally, you can see it kinda looks like the tail is a microphone. It's actually using it's tail to hold onto clumps of iron fur it grows on its head. It sings into the "microphone" to imbue it with electricity, which it then throws at prey and predator alike.
