  1. I remember seeing the leaks for the Alola starters like a month before they were confirmed and I specifically said to my friend "It Litten turns into that thing, I'm picking rowlet" and to this day Decidueye remains a favorite

  2. That “leak” is probably false, Pokemon tends to use “A” as its generic select button, not “X”

  3. I remember the days when SU/MO first came out, people with hacked 3DS's were able to download the game early. Then they were bitching about how they were banned from playing online for having the game early

  4. I mean things have leaked in the past, but yeah starting in gen 6 and definitely gen 7 onwards its kind of been chaotic, and unfortunate. In some cases leaks can be neat, I mean… XY I kind of regret avoiding leaks because Braixen saddened me, and Delphox while looks less feminine… ehhhhh is still a weird Merlin fox lol. Then same with Incineroar, I probably would've rather had Decidueye, but in the end Incineroar grew on me.

Seeing the final evos of starters nowadays is unfortunately important because a lot of the more modern designs are a bit awkward, weird… yes humanoid another complaint too, buuuut I'm not fully on board, Pokemon has had humanoids since gen 1, and bipedal Pokemon since gen 1 too, Charizard and Blastoise, Typhlosion and Feraligatr, Sceptile and Blaziken while Swampert is a facultative biped. Meanwhile Samurott would make more sense being bipedal being a samurai, it's got 2 swords how the hell does it use them being a quadruped? Gardevoir the start of the um… more female humanoids, but I like Gardevoir. Machamp Alakazam, Mewtwo, it's not an issue being humanoid, it's just they look weird and too human like, and it seems like they're making too many of them human like today.

Then again… select groups are fine as spoilers, I still hate when entire games leak, and you either get spoiled, or think you're getting spoiled by just zooming around youtube or even google, literally have to hide under a rock to avoid spoilers nowadays. Spoilers can be good, but also bad, there needs to be more of a balance. Like if Kalosian Feraligatr is leaked, neato burrito, but if say primal Xerneas and mega Flygon were leaked without me discovering them for myself I'd be disappointed.

  5. The reason they hated incineroar was because people thought they made another Fire/Fighting Starter the design was cool like a Luchador. Now Primarina is a sin against nature

  6. The ORAS Demo file thing is a kind of common on the 3ds. Smash for 3DS also had the same issue.

  7. the whole getting the game early there is a shop here where I live that had totk four days early i bought it and beat it on the release

  8. I've always found it crazy how much people hated the final evolutions for the gen 7 starters. They're genuinely some of the best starter lines in the series, and my personal favorite trio.

  9. Alwats glad for the leaks, especially the new pokemon i want know in advance to not make a bad choice
