Which binder do you guys put your Holo and Reverse Holo cards? In the ‘rare/collectable’ or the ‘common/uncommon’ binder?

My purple binder I've got my rare cards and my Pokemon binder has my commons and uncommons which I'm making sets in. Should I add the Holos and Reverse Holos in my Pokemon binder to complete sets or add them to the purple 'rare' binder?
