Sparkling Aria is the signature move of Primarina just like Incineroar and Decidueye can learn Darkest Lariat and Spirit Shackle. Lapras can learn it in the main series game as an egg move. I highly doubt any other pokémon will get this move.

Sparkling Aria, like Water Shurikan, only one other Pokemon can learn it, Lapras. Which, mind you, might be good for it to have, but I doubt they will give it the move.

This must be the Kyogre replacement for next season lol This makes another non legendary with a boost like fairy wind Florges, mud-slap Rhyperior and brutal swing Hydreigon well assuming the last 2 moves are granted the right energy gains like Pvpoke suggests

Think only Primarina can learn Sparkling Aria and been a while since I played Sun/Moon/ Ultra Sun and moon but think a Z-move required it as well would be interesting if we got Z moves in Pokemon go and looks like Lapras is the only other one that can learn the move, but as an egg move.
