Was this worth the Master Ball?

I was saving the Master Ball for in case I encountered a hundo legendary and was on my last ball, but an XXL legendary bird is crazy. Its my second galarian zapdos so I felt kinda guilty. I still have the masterwork research for the second Master Ball.
