In my quest to 100% hgss. I found out you can get the dppt contest decorations in hgss in a lotto in the underground goldenrod tunnel. It's a 6% chance to fail and winning gets tougher as you collect more decorations for 39 total. Anyways someone on bulbapedia did the math and found it takes on average 300 entries on the lotto to get all the decorations and the man shuts down the lotto.
