Doofatile is based on the character Doofa that is from the game DOOFAS from Scott Cawthon, it shoot projectiles that explode enemies, so that's why I choose Fire type and it's a fossil pokemon since it is very old!
Spinoquences is based on the character Old Man Consequences from FNaF World and Ultimate Custom Night, and being a fisherman stuck in a red lake in a red forest, I made him as a spinosaurus rather than a crocodile to match the fossil line
And for Bonfullery and Sillinet, they are mixes of their names, Bonbon and Bonnet, but with Tomfullery and Silliness, being a duo rather than just a shiny for Bonnet, to match the duo line like Plusle and Minun, Illumise and Volbeat, etc
