It can generate an amount of electricity enough to power up an entire city. It tries to look and act like a tree to hide from its predators, even tho it has no natural enemies at all.
This pokemon is seen in a big cities. Its electricity makes dots on its rock body to glow. If scared, this pokemon can absorb electricity from its surroundings to cause a blackout.
