I actually heavily redesigned this from what I originally did. At first I made it quadrupedal and it stayed that way for a long while, but then I had this idea.
Noxious Fang is a Poison/Dragon Type. I based it on plesiosaurs as well as Scylla from Greek mythology. Scylla is usually depicted as a woman with snake heads coming off her but sometimes Scylla is depicted as more of an aquatic Hydra, which is where I got this idea.
Also I properly implemented my Ash for scale also showing the length of Noxious Fang. Going forward I will be doing my posts like this but if you think it can be improved let me know.
