A couple years ago I did this challenge. The first time I beat it with Dragonite and I’ve included the link to the prior post. This time I beat it with Dodrio, my favorite Pokémon.

Rules are easy enough. I used an emulator for each run, except for the switch games I owned. I played at accelerated speed for my convenience. I used the Universal Pokemon Randomizer to replace my starter with a level 5 Doduo.
-Only Doduo can attack to beat the whole game.
-HM users were caught to help progress
-No healing in battle, or other items. Only held items.
*Note Dodrio is not in Sword and Shield. So for generation 8 I was going to do BDSP. But I actually found a mod for Fire Red which completely made Sword and Shied on the gameboy advanced. Very cool mod, so I beat sword and shied that way.
