Has anyone ever noticed this in pokemon stadium 2? It’s behind the menu in the pc menu (oaks lab)

I saw it briefly and thought "no way". I'm 31. Been playing pokemon since I was 6. Ypu have to see it quickly because its only there for a split second. Never noticed until today. Sneaky sneaky voltorb
