So, I needed money so I decided to dust off my totes with Pokemon cards in my closet. Now, I've had a couple of positive interactions with Trollandtoad.com in the past… both buying feom and selling to… it's been a month and a half and I'm getting the run around.
YES I unfortunately approved the Final order totals after they got my cards and examined them but that was a big hit. Once again, I needed the money so yea I approved it. I've been sending weekly emails asking what's up with the status and getting stuff like "We've had a change in management and things are moving slower than we'd like" type stuff. I got the smaller payment yesterday, the top one in the screenshot.
Both the smaller orders also have updated with which cards were not in condition desired and how much they ended up giving me for them… but the large order was never updated with what they found "wrong" or even what cards they were. I feel I was ripped off and still hoping I'll get my payout soon…
I wish I would have looked at reviews before doing this large of a buylist order. If I could go back I would. Hopefully this will serve as a possible warning for others… be weary of TrollAndToad.
