So, i have this shadow Salamence, i've have had him for a semi long time now and been powering it up cautiously cause im not sure if he is worth to max out. Also big factor is that i have played my cards right and changed the charged attack on giovanni event and evolved it to salamence on event (where u get legacy move Outrage when evolving shelgon to salamence) so it has dragon tail/outrage, pls tell me if its worth or not cause i also have 4* Salamence (2999cp) but he doesnt have outrage(i have elite charged tm) but i have only 362XL candies so i need to choose between this shadow salamence w/outrage or 4* salamence without outrage. After long compilicated nonsense monologue the options to maxing out are this shadow salamence(outrage✅) or 4* salamence(outrage❌) thank you for your help in advance!
