0:00 – Free Upgrade + Pattern
Champion Upgrade is arguably the best one to get, maybe just second to Main Character. I think it has the leg up though because all the Neo Champions have the theme skill, and those are often very helpful for Rally. Pattern is pretty good too, shame about the Sprint + Field Area 10 though.
0:11 – Strike + Support vs. Isle Disciples, Arena Tycoon Battle Challenge: EX-R NC Bianca / EX-R Emma / EX-R Penny
This stage was meant for Klara and Avery, and it’s the first time I got this stage. Thankfully it showed up in Area 1 coz it looks really annoying.
1:48 – Tech + Field vs. NC Bianca: EX-R SS Diantha / EX-R Bede / EX-R Avery
First time I got this stage too, and it’s meant for Oleana. Thankfully I can account for most of the gimmicks with this team.
3:43 – Support + Sprint vs. Flying-weak Diantha: EX-R Paulo / EX-R Chase / EX-R NC Bede
Did you notice how the past two areas uses a champion I used in the previous area lmao. Anyway pretty typical clear.
6:23 – Strike + Field vs. Lucky Area: EX-R Geeta / EX-R Mix Blue / EX-R Akari
Hell yeah. This almost makes up for my dreadful pull luck this month. (Not really but it’s nice to get it two weeks in a row.)
7:04 – Tech + Support vs. Ground-weak Molayne: EX-R NC Serena / EX-R NC Calem / EX-R Trevor
Notice how three of the Kalos friends got new units this month, a fourth has a master fair rerunning, and then there’s Trevor? Justice for Trevor DeNA.
9:26 – Field + Sprint vs. Grass-weak Wallace: EX-R Anni 2024 Lillie / EX-R SS Nemona / EX DC Tierno
Was trying Mix Red here but this stage favors physical moves, so I went with SS Nemona for the sun. DC Tierno made it even sunnier and took advantage of the constant sun himself.
12:30 – Strike + Tech vs. Dragon-weak Cynthia: EX-R NC Cheren / EX-R SS N / EX-R Anni Lillie
Got stuck with this one for a bit coz even if I have several Strike + Tech units, none of them can change the weather. Thankfully Cynthia doesn’t extend her Sandstorm so I had to get the right move luck from the opponent, but that took more time than I wanted.
15:02 – Strike + Support vs. Fighting-weak Glacia: EX-R NC Marnie / EX-R NC Blue / EX-R Arc Cynthia
Quite easy, but what did you expect when I was running three of the most broken units in the game.
16:57 – Tech + Sprint vs. Poison-weak Wallace: EX-R SS Wally / EX-R Classic Elesa / EX-R SS Steven
Two Wallace stages in one run? Ok Champion Upgrade do your thing. I think this is one of the few patterns with Tech + Sprint as an Area 9 stage so SS Wally is more than happy to take the challenge, while it was fun using SS Steven’s tanking mode for once.
21:12 – Sprint + Field vs. Darach: EX-R NC Silver / EX-R SST Red / EX-R SS Mina
Very lucky that I got this stage again too. This wasn’t as much of a walk in a park as last week though as I had to be a lot more careful with field effect durations. But I much prefer dealing with problems like that instead of struggling to outright beat a stage.
