Hydrotom, The Water State Pokemon (Solid Form)
When in this form, this pokemon's body is constantly freezing up, becoming a solid mass, loosing it's maleability in exchange of sharp claws, it may look fun and friendly at first but be careful as it slices through anything with no mercy.
